• ExCL will offer flat rates instead of metered fares. Customers will not be charged due to conditions outside their control, i.e. slow traffic, construction detours, etc.

• Drivers will have a professional appearance
• Drivers will have an excellent motor vehicle record
– Drivers will go through periodic mandatory safety/defensive training
– Drivers are insured and bonded
• ExCL will keep any personal customer information confidential

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and PayPal. For your added convenience, we can set up corporate accounts for clients who require our services on a regular basis.

Terms and Conditions:

Being a custom and personal service, we would appreciate at least 48 hours notice to reserve your ride – more for vehicles other than Town Cars. If it is less than that time, we may not be able to guarantee your transportation needs.

Set fee, no added charges (except late fees and or  for additional luggage)

Please note that our fee is based on your arrival or departure time being within a half hour of the time you state in your reservation. Delays caused by inclement weather, Customs, or other circumstances may result in additional charges, unless ExCL is notified at least four (4) hours of any changes before scheduled pick up time. Cancellations of less than four (4) hours before departure or arrival time – or no shows – will result in a charge of our minimum fare.

Also please note: If you are arriving from another country requiring a Passport, you will need to prepay your trip. Also figure in an allowance for the time to go through Customsbefore booking a pick up time.

As soon as you arrive, deplane, and have your luggage, please call 713.818.7739 immediately to let the driver know and meet him/her outside the Customer Pickup door.

Your prepayment for your transportation secures your seat and must be received 24 hours in advance of scheduled trip. Cancellations made between eight (8) and two (2) hours in advance of trip will be refunded total less $50.00. Cancellations less than two (2) hours up to time of ride will forfeit full payment. However, if you are late because of circumstances beyond your control, please call driver as soon as you know you will be or are late and we will make arrangements to accommodate your altered schedule. Likewise if you will arrive earlier than expected. We will do our best to ensure your safe transportation no matter what the circumstances.
